6. Delivery Summary
Here at Red Star Tools, nothing is more important to us than getting your order on its way to you in the quickest possible time. Order dispatch may take a little longer in the following cases:
- If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday.
- If we encounter a sudden stock shortage of one of your items and we need to contact you to help you find your item.

- Deliveries are unable to be made on Sundays or public holidays.
- All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We’re sorry! Due to shipping restrictions, we’re unable to ship oils, aerosols, airbags, creams, wax, alcohol, and liquids outside of the UK and Ireland.
7. Returns Procedure
At Red Star Tools, we hope that you are happy with your purchase; however, we know that sometimes you will need to return an item.
- Non-Faulty Products: Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition & include the documentation and original packaging. Ensure you have contacted our customer services for a Returns Authorisation Number, and read our Terms and Conditions.
- Faulty Goods: We will arrange a pick-up service free of charge. All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.
Fast Exchanges
If you find you have selected the wrong item, we will happily arrange an exchange for you. Email us at support@redstartools.co.uk or call our customer service team, and they shall process a fast exchange.
Return of Specialist Products
Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons. It is important for your own and our couriers’ safety that they are followed.
- Dangerous Goods: Aerosols, Brake Cleaner/fluid, and Shock Absorbers must be returned with the correct packaging and labelling. Contact our customer services for guidance.
Returns Authorisation Number
You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number to track the return of the product(s). Without a valid Returns Authorisation number, your refund may be delayed.
Right to Cancel
For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you received all goods/services from us. Contact customer services at support@redstartools.co.uk to exercise this right. You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
